MULTIPLAYER SNAKE GAMES

You start tiny. You eat, you grow, and every second you are one mistake away from losing everything. That is the multiplayer snake game: the simplest rule in gaming, played against real people.
The idea in one line
You control a long body that gets longer as you eat. If your head hits another body, you lose it all. That is almost the whole rulebook, and it is why anyone can play and almost nobody gets bored.
Why it is so addictive
- Visible progress. Your size is your score, and every other player can see it.
- Risk and reward. The best food is next to the biggest players. Greed is the main way to lose.
- Every life is a story. A slow start, a lucky streak, a big mistake: it all plays out in a few minutes.
- Instant restart. You lose, you learn, you are back in the arena one second later.
- Real people. A bot is predictable. A person might bluff, trap you or make a mistake you can use.
What a modern snake game adds
The first multiplayer snake games only had collisions. Dragons League keeps that core and adds a few things on top, so there is more to learn without more to read:
- An attack that matters. A charged Elemental Breath slices a rival's body, and the cut-off part falls as orbs you can eat. A charged shot to the head ends the fight.
- A Crown. The biggest dragon wears it and becomes the target of the whole arena. Read how to take and keep it.
- Ascension. A temporary state that lets you break through a giant's armor when a big fight needs finishing. See Might, Spirit and Ascension.
- Three modes. An open arena, a shrinking zone, or squads against squads.
Five habits that win
- Eat near the edges first. The middle of a crowd is where the big dragons hunt.
- Never cut across the front of a bigger dragon. Go behind it.
- Circle a smaller rival instead of chasing it head-on.
- Use quick taps of the Breath to feed yourself, and save charged shots for heads.
- When you are the biggest, stay calm. The Crown makes you the target of everyone.

The mistake almost everyone makes
New players chase size. Better players chase safety first, size second. A dragon that grows slowly and never takes a risky orb will almost always last longer than one that doubles in size in a minute and then flies into a giant. If you remember only one thing from this page, remember that: a long life beats a fast start. You will find the same advice, with examples, in 5 mistakes new dragons make.
